The Palace Hotel is one of Manchester's finest buildings, comprising of 252 bedrooms. 80 of these are the magnificent Ambassador rooms, all extremely spacious, many with 2 double beds and all with air conditioning. In January 2005 we will have 71 newly refurbished rooms in a contemporary style all offering voice mail, modern points and relaxing chairs.

Our unique feature is the superb Palace Ballroom, the largest, in a hotel venue, in the North West of England. This fantastic room is fully air conditioned with natural daylight, A key feature of this facility is the ground floor access directly into the room, this is a big win in particular, when dealing with event companies and crew as they have 24 hour access that does not intrude on the rest of the building. With a ceiling height of 5.15m, and an area of 885m, its staging, equipped with sound system, spotlight, AV and 3 phase power make it the ideal venue whatever the event.

We have 7 meeting rooms situated within our Business Centre, looked after by a large team of specialists, these will complement any event as breakout or syndicate rooms.

The Director's suite, Lounge and Boardroom offers traditional surroundings complemented by oak panelling making this an ideal room for a conference for up to 90 delegates, or an intimate private dining for 80 guests.
