Careful planning and detail is applied to every stage of the Conference and banqueting process with special attention given to buffet and menu selection. We offer a varied and diverse selection of Buffet or sit-down Menu choices; reacting to customer feedback we have introduced a number of extra healthy options to our buffet choices while meanwhile ensuring that all food is of the highest possible standard and is made from freshly delivered produce.
