Novotel London West is the
ideal venue for conferences and meetings, and offers 5,400 square
metres of highly adaptable meeting and exhibition space spread over
four interconnecting floors, with lifts rising from the secure car park
and escalators to and from all conference floors. There are 31 state of
the art meeting rooms for 10 to 3,000 guests, with access for the
disabled throughout.
The newly refurbished bedrooms are stylish and
contemporary with a host of new features. All 629 rooms offer modem,
direct dial telephone, TV, pay movies, PlayStation and tea and coffee
making facilities as standard. The hotel has two restaurants and two
bars giving guests plenty of choice in both menu and ambience.
In
2003 Novotel London West won the National Customer Service Award for
their Service Extraordinaire Training Program. The award, which was
open to service providers from all industries, recognised the hotel's
exceptional service standards.
The hotel is conveniently
located on the west side of London in the Hammersmith area, with direct
access to the M4 motorway to Heathrow airport, 10 miles away. Buses and
trains run regularly to and from the centre of London with an
approximate travel time of 15 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.
