Our principal function room, The Millennium Suite overlooks the racecourse and has an adjoining lounge with open-air terrace. Staging, lighting and additional equipment can be installed to your specification. Competitive Day Delegate or Room Hire only rates are available. For exhibitions we have a unique package that enables you to advertise to over 20,000 thousand racegoers at no extra cost. Our meeting rooms offer the inspiration of stunning countryside views or the luxury of the Royal Box or Guineas Room.
In addition to the above we can also offer bespoke racing packages including race sponsorship, hospitality or simply a tour of the historic course. We are sure to be able to meet your requirements so please do not hesitate to contact us.
