The
Holiday Inn Cambridge is a great place to have conferences and
meetings. From a half day meeting in a syndicate room to a major
conference lasting several days, the Holiday Inn Cambridge will handle
every last detail perfectly.
The Hotel has in total 10 meeting
rooms, the largest; the Trinity Suite has a maximum capacity of
60-theatre style. All rooms have natural daylight with blackout
facilities, phone points and electrical sockets. From
the customer comfort we provide a check in facility, going through the
days meeting with the organiser and amending any changes to the day
that are needed. Porters are at hand throughout to get any last minute
items or of course delay any meals in case the meeting/training has
over run. In every meeting room we include a range of table refreshments and stationary. Book
a day delegate rate, 24-hour rate or just a half-day room hire with
refreshments on request, the aim is to be flexible to help you do
business better.
